Our Mission

It all began in 2003 with two friends from business school who shared a sweet tooth and a dream of baking. 12 years later, we bake all of our products on-site, filling our 1940's - style stores with the delicious smells of fresh cakes and pies to bring back that delightful, warm feeling of Grandma’s kitchen.

Have been famous for the finest assortment of European pastries & desserts in the Salt Lake Valley.  These days, we're known as a favorite classy-casual downtown eatery from morning until late at night.  We start the day with scratch-made pastries and hearty made-to-order day-starters.

We make sure that there are always new lunch and dinner eats to enjoy at our Salt Lake City restaurants, at work or at home.
